A cooperative language chaos card game

Bable is a challenging cooperative card game by Wulfhorn Games where no one speaks your language. Together, you must build the mythical Tower of Babel—but you can’t take any actions on your own turn. Instead, you must give commands to your fellow players, even as your shared language gradually becomes incomprehensible.

Game Objective

The goal of Bable is to complete the tower before you run out of time (or actions). The tower consists of 4 layers with a total of 10 Building cards. Each layer must be completed before its matching Idea deck runs out.

Gameplay

Each player holds 4 actions (build, draw, give, reveal), represented by symbols. These actions can only be performed by other players, not on your own turn. Over time, the meaning of the symbols shifts, making communication increasingly confusing. Strategic coordination and trust are key!

To build a card, a player must spend the required Materials. Timing and teamwork are critical to completing the tower before linguistic chaos takes over.
