Escape from the black plague

In 1347 the Italian city of Messina was hit by the plague epidemic. In the game Messina 1347, players take on the role of prominent families who leave the city for fear of becoming infected.

The players temporarily move to the countryside. They don't just wait for the epidemic to end, but in the meantime focus on saving other inhabitants of the city. Afterwards, the families return to the city to dominate neighborhoods.
