Reach the mafia top
The Pumafiosi (Puma Mafiosi) operate in a strict order from the boss of the family to the lowest Picciotti. Everyone wants to get to the top, and no one wants to end up at the bottom (or underground).
In the card game Pumafiosi you do everything you can to get to the top. You don't want to stand out though, because then you'll end up in jail or be killed by rival families.
In Pumafiosi, you win tricks if you play the second highest card in a round. Whoever wins gets to choose where to place the winning card in the hierarchy. It may even be at the very top. However, if someone later outmatches your card with a higher value card, your 'falling card' will be penalized.
