Bidding game about China
This bidding game is about the Hou Yi, the legendary archer from China who shot down 9 suns and saved the country from the ongoing drought.
The players of the game Ten Suns are Primordials who get their energy from the 10 suns. They try to gain prestige before the suns are gone. Whoever gains the most prestige points will be given a place among the gods.
The players start each turn with an amount of energy with which they can bid on cards. Every time Hou Yi appears on the scene, suns are shot. This lowers the players' energy levels. Through engine building, the players can utilize other energy sources such as the energy of the moon and the energy of the gods. As the game progresses and the energy becomes scarcer, they reap the benefits.
The game Ten Suns features famous locations of China such as the Great Wall and Xi An.
The Ten Suns game is suitable for 1 to 6 players. One game lasts 30 to 40 minutes.
